No combination ballot exists yet

How TSLA shares get voted.

A combination would be voted only after a proxy names a record date and a meeting. This page collects the company’s own broker instructions so holders know the path. It does not invent menu clicks the company did not publish.

Do not reuse an old control number. Tesla’s vote guide, retrieved October 24, 2026, tells holders to search for emails received in 2025 and refers to a September 15 record date. It does not say which year that September 15 was. The December 3, 2026 annual meeting has its own proxy, filed October 19, 2026. A later combination would have another one.

Before the broker list

  • You vote the shares you held on the record date printed in that meeting’s proxy. Shares bought after the record date are not in that vote.
  • Shares inside a mutual fund or ETF are voted by the manager unless the fund offers a pass-through program. See Who holds TSLA.
  • A standing instruction under the retail voting program can vote a future meeting with the board. It does not vote the December 3, 2026 annual meeting. Option 2 leaves mergers to you.
  • If no instructions arrive, Tesla’s guide says to ask the broker whether it offers proxy voting. Some brokers outside the United States do not.

The guide lists Innisfree M&A Incorporated at (877) 717-3936 from the United States or Canada and +1 (412) 232-3651 from elsewhere, for questions about how to vote. Those numbers are the ones printed on that page as of October 24, 2026.

Broker by broker

Each block is Tesla’s published instruction, not a separate walkthrough. Webull is absent from the company’s list, so that card points at the “all other brokers” steps.

All other brokers

Tesla’s guide says to try these searches in email received in 2025:

  • Search 2025 email for [email protected] Tesla.
  • Search for @proxydocs.com Tesla.
  • Search for @saytechnologies.com Tesla.
  • If a message is there, open it and follow it. Tesla’s guide says some brokers outside the United States do not provide retail proxy voting, and to ask the broker if no instructions arrive.

Schwab’s card is the only one where the company’s guide also describes voting inside the brokerage site and at proxyvote.com with a 16-digit control number. For the other named brokers, the published step is the email.
