Every Share Votes is maintained by Jason Crawford, an independent retail shareholder. He is not an officer, director, employee, or agent of Tesla, Inc. or SpaceX, and he does not speak for either company. The site uses “TSLA” for the stock. It uses the company name when a filing or a statute uses it. The name and the check-mark logo are not the companies’ marks.

What this is

• A plain-English reading of public filings about a possible combination.
• A map to the company’s own voting instructions and retail voting program.
• A table of Form 13F positions, generated from the SEC’s quarterly data set.
• A voting-history table that leaves a cell blank of any number unless a filing or a press report is linked.
• A self-reported share ledger, labeled unverified, plus a sentiment chart that leaves missing series empty.

What this is not

• Not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold, and not a recommendation to vote for or against anything.
• Not a proxy solicitation. If a proxy is filed, read that proxy.
• Not legal advice about Texas law or about any account’s voting rights.
• Not a complete list of shareholders. Form 13F misses retail holders, many non-U.S. holders, and insider forms.

How the 13F file is made

scripts/fetch_13f.py reads the newest ZIP on the SEC’s Form 13F data sets page, keeps CUSIP 88160R101, drops put and call rows, and keeps the latest 13F-HR or amendment for each manager and report period. The script sends a User-Agent with a contact address and waits between requests. A weekly GitHub Action runs the same script and opens a pull request when the JSON changes. Set the repository secret SEC_CONTACT_EMAIL to a mailbox a person monitors.

How the tally is stored

Cloudflare Pages runs functions/api/shares.ts against a D1 database bound as DB. The ledger schema is migrations/0002_share_ledger.sql. Nothing is seeded. The rules are on the methodology page. If the binding, the hash salt, or Turnstile is missing, the page says so and does not show a made-up zero.

Corrections

A number on this site should have a source link and a date. If a filing is amended, the page should follow the amendment. Institutional vote cells stay “Not found” until someone links the N-PX filing or a report that states the vote.
